Privacy Notice for Personal Data Processing for Consultation Requests
In accordance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of personal data, we hereby inform you that your personal data, collected through the "Request Consultation" section, will be processed by the Data Controller, Bluen Srl, as detailed below.

Nature of Data
The personal data processed within the form include your first name, last name, email, the area you are interested in, and any other information you may enter in the request description section. Additionally, Bluen Srl may process, upon your voluntary release, your mobile number, the company you work for, and your role.
Purpose of Processing
The data you provide will be processed solely to provide a response to your request.
Legal Basis for Processing and Nature of Data Provision
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of personal data for the aforementioned purposes is found in the scenario provided by Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, namely the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract in which the data subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject. The provision of this data is voluntary but necessary for the fulfillment of the indicated purposes; thus, refusing to provide this data will result in the inability to process the data to provide a response to the submitted request.
Processing Methods
With regard to the stated purposes, your data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and with the utmost confidentiality, utilizing both paper-based and electronic means, in compliance with the security measures specified in Articles 32 to 35 of EU Regulation 2016/679. Your personal data will be processed by internal personnel of Bluen Srl who, as authorized processors (pursuant to Article 29 of EU Regulation 2016/679), will act under the direct subordination and supervision of the Data Controller and in compliance with the operational instructions received from them.
Recipients or Categories of Recipients of Data
For the pursuit of the abovementioned purposes, your data may be subject to communication and dissemination to external data processors designated as Data Processors, in accordance with Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
You will always have the possibility to receive, upon explicit request sent to the email address privacy@bluen.it, the complete list of Data Processors to whom your data may be communicated.

Data Transfer
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries.
Data Retention
The personal data you provide will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes or for longer periods as provided by law. At the end of the retention period, the data will be deleted or permanently and irreversibly anonymized.
Data Subject's Rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, Bluen Srl informs you that you have the right to request, by sending an email to the address privacy@bluen.it, access to personal data, rectification or erasure of such data, or restriction of processing concerning you, as well as the right to object to their processing in the cases provided for. You can also exercise your rights by writing an email to the Data Protection Officer at the email address: privacy@bluen.it. Furthermore, if you believe that the processing concerning you violates the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, you can always lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority through the form and procedure indicated on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.
